Dan Tucker - President

Dan has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 20 years, first starting as a Local 562 Service apprentice. He earned his journeyman card in 2004 and quickly rose through the ranks becoming a Foreman for MC Service predecessor, Climate Service that same year; Since those early years, Dan has continued to improve his trade and professional skills holding positions such as service technician, service manager, and general manager for multi-million dollar companies. As President of MC Service, his combined field knowledge, management experience, and business ownership skills drive the strategic vision of the company.

Bob Meeh - Principal

Bob has been in the HVAC industry more than 35 years. He first started as a local 36 sheet metal worker, going through the apprenticeship program, then moved into the office to begin estimating and project management. In Bob's role as Principal he oversees all strategic direction of the company. Additionally he still works with Dan Tucker and Lou Troha to manage the design build process as well as installation applications.

Lou Troha - Vice President

Lou is a Mechanical Engineer and started his career in the HVAC industry in 1973 working for Carrier Corp as an industrial engineer and later as an industrial service sales rep until 1982. 

In 1982, Lou joined Climate Engineering as a new construction sales engineer designing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.  Lou also ran service department until 1993 when he became part owner of Climate Engineering. In 2002, Climate Engineering sold its service division to Condaire, Inc. where Lou became the Operations Manager in charge of the service division.

In 2006 R.F. Meeh company acquired Condaire, Inc. and started Meeh Climate Service (MC Service).  As Vice President of MC Service, Lou has worn many hats in both Operations and Sales running day-to-day aspects of the company. 

With the addition of Dan Tucker as President in 2019, Lou continues to focus on the business Development side of the company including engineering, estimating, and client growth & retention. 

Dana Parks - Office Manager

As Office Manager for Meeh Climate Service, Dana is responsible for handling the day-to-day financial requirements of the company.  These include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance, and lien waivers.
